The Privacy Policy of HOTEL LA AZOTADA, S.L. informs about how personal data is collected, used and protected in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee. The data controller is the company itself, located in Gijón, which may modify this policy at any time. Depending on the user’s profile (guest, customer, supplier, web contact, newsletter subscriber, etc.), different types of data are processed for purposes such as managing reservations, attending to requests, sending commercial communications (with prior authorization) or improving services. In all cases, the legitimacy is based on the user’s consent, a contractual relationship, or compliance with a legal obligation.

In the case of the website and other digital channels, technical navigation data and data voluntarily entered by the user are collected. Technical and organizational security measures are applied to protect the information. It is also established that data of minors under 14 years of age or third parties are not processed without their prior consent. In social networks, data is processed as long as there is an active relationship (such as following an account), and in the case of video surveillance, data is kept for a maximum of 30 days. Data may be communicated to legal entities or collaborators only if there is a legal obligation or to comply with the contracted services.

Users have a series of rights over their data: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, opposition, and withdrawal of consent. Forms are provided to exercise these rights, and response times vary depending on the complexity of the case, but do not exceed two months. The policy also clarifies that data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose and in accordance with legal deadlines, especially regarding claims or warranties.
